My beloved daughter Katherine died at age 8 from leukemia we have every reason to believe was caused by exposure to organophosphate pesticides sprayed, without our knowledge or permission, for mosquitos. Her tragic death alone is reason enough to stop the systematic poisoning of our children, yet cancer is the #1 disease killer of children and the #2 killer overall, and we know that most childhood cancers are preventable (Metayer et al. 2016).
